The iStore has announced a new one hour delivery service in Sandton and the Cape Town CBD for Apple products and other technology accessories purchased via store.co.za.

As a reseller of Apple products in SA, the new service is called “RightNow” and includes one hour and schedules deliveries for the two aforementioned areas in Gauteng and the Western Cape, the company said via a media statement.

It says iStore’s “RightNow” one hour deliveries allows for delivery within one hour, with no minimum spend or minimum cart value. “Free delivery actually means Free delivery, no matter the delivery option chosen,” it said. Otherwise, customers can select “Scheduled Day” for deliveries at their convenience.

According to the media statement, in addition to the initial Sandton and Cape Town CBD offering, the service will “soon” expand to Tshwane and Durban.

iStore adds that customers can also make use of free Click & Collect by placing an order and collecting it at their nearest iStore within 15 minutes at one the 30+ stores nationwide.

iStore CEO Chris Dodd says they have listened to feedback from customers. “We have entered a whole new era of e-commerce centred around speed, choice and convenience. We are constantly innovating to provide new delivery options to make our customers’ lives easier.”
