Showmax has partnered with QVWi, a local manufacturing company to offer steaming hardware to access its services.
QVWi, a Skyworth Digital Company based in KZN aims to bridge the accessibility gap through its range of streaming devices, available on 1 August.
The two streaming devices consists of the QVWi Leap S2 TV streaming dongle and the Leap S3 streaming box.

The Leap S2 dongle runs on Google Android 11, has a Bluetooth voice controlled remote featuring Google Assistant, supports UHD, HDR10+ and Dolby Digital.
The Leap S3 has the same features, including Dolby Vision support, a LAN port, and optical out.
